  • What is Plant Empowerment?
    Plant Empowerment is a practical, knowledge-based approach that helps growers create the right conditions for healthy and productive plants. We combine plant physiology, physics and data insights to support better growing decisions. Instead of fixed recipes, we focus on understanding the plant and steering based on balance.
  • What is the Plant Empowerment philosophy?
    The Plant Empowerment philosophy is based on balancing three key elements: water, energy and assimilates (sugars). By keeping these balances in harmony, growers can improve plant health, increase production and reduce risks. The approach is already used by hundreds of growers worldwide.

    Plant Empowerment is a global network of growers, consultants, researchers and technology partners. Together, we work towards more sustainable and data-driven horticulture by sharing knowledge and experience.

  • What is the difference between the Foundation and the Academy?
    The Plant Empowerment Academy focuses on the scientific foundation of the philosophy, mainly through the book and structured learning materials. The Plant Empowerment Foundation focuses on translating this knowledge into practical application. Through online courses, trainings and real-life cases, we help growers apply the principles in their daily greenhouse practice. Together, they support growers from theory to practice.

Knowledge Platform & Membership

  • How does the knowledge platform work?

    On the knowledge platform, you can purchase courses, e-books or become a member. After enrolling, you get access to your personal dashboard where all your content is available. Courses are divided into short lessons that you can follow at your own pace. Some in-depth courses include a certificate and access to the community. As a member, you get access to all content and receive updates when new material is available.

  • How does the membership work?
    With a membership, you get full access to all content on the knowledge platform, including courses, webinars and new content as it becomes available. You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. As long as your membership is active, you can explore and learn at your own pace. You’ll also receive updates when new content is added. Your membership can be cancelled at any time at the end of your billing period.
  • Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
    For selected in-depth courses, you will receive a certificate after completing 100% of the course on the Knowledge Platform. You can find your certificates in My Account > Certificates. Some live trainings also include a certificate upon completion.
  • How do I know when new content is available?
    As a member, or if you’re enrolled in a course that is regularly updated, you’ll receive notifications when new content is added. Make sure your notifications are turned on in your account settings so you don’t miss anything.
