Plant Empowerment course

The Plant Empowerment journey in Mexico began in 2018 at a vegetable grower company in Querétaro. Now, seven years later, we’re back to host a two-day course on Plant Empowerment in the same place our journey started. This course is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the Plant Empowerment principles. And why not maximise your experience by combining the course with a visit to GreenTech Americas?

Where the Plant Empowerment story started…

In 2018, Horticonnect and United Farms established a research and development project in Mexico for the cultivation of tomatoes in high-tech greenhouses, adapting the principles of Next Generation Growing. In collaboration with Hoogendoorn, Svensson, Koppert and Cultilene; vegetable grower company United Farms dedicates 1/2 hectare to adapt this technology to Mexican conditions. In January 2019, experts and growers gathered at the seminar “Digging Deeper into Next Generation Growing, The United Farms Experience”. This project and seminar laid the groundwork for what would later become the Plant Empowerment Foundation.
